Orders may take up to 10-14 business days for processing and shipping out. Processing time is independent from shipping/delivery estimates, faster shipping does not equal faster processing times.
Please be advised that due to COVID-19 there may still be delays in shipping/delivery of your orders by shipping couriers.
Please note that any return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer, there are absolutely no refunds after an item has been shipped or received.
Store credit or item replacement will be given in case of physically damaged goods only (Only within the USA), proof required. Furthermore, we are not responsible for your order once it is shipped out. If your items are damaged or do not arrive, it is your responsibility to contact the shipping carrier for your order and file a claim with them.
*Note to overseas buyers, we are not responsible for any damaged, lost or abandoned shipments due to your local post office or overseas shipping, please file a claim with your postal service in your country.
Terms of Service
Please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be processed. Items purchased are not refundable, If an item is returned a minimum 15% restocking fee will be assessed and a credit will be given to your account at our discretion. Please contact us before for authorization. If there is a dispute on an order the dispute must be made within 24 hours of receiving your order by time of delivery on the tracking number. All international orders are unable to be tracked by us, only the purchaser may track them, please contact us for the tracking number. All fees and taxes imposed by the destination countries on international orders is the responsibility of the purchaser, not the seller. We do not assume any responsibility for international orders once shipped, if there is a problem or issue with your international order please contact your local currier to resolve the issue.
