We offer different shipping options to distributors and can send orders with Fed-Ex, USPS, and UPS.
However, we understand that some distributors may prefer to use their own shipping methods. If you would like to use your own shipping, we are open to accommodating your request. Please note that any additional costs associated with your preferred shipping method will be the responsibility of your company.

Can I receive any discounts on shipping?
Unfortunately, we cannot offer any discounts on shipping. However, if you would like to use a different shipping method from what we offer, we can accommodate your request, simply email us and we will provide you with the shipping information (box sizes and weights), so that you may purchase labels with your preferred shipping courier and email the labels to us.
What happens if my order is damaged during shipping?
If your order has been damaged during shipping, you will need to provide us with an itemized list of items that arrived damaged along with visual proof (crisp, clean, non-blurry photos) so that a claim can be put in with the shipping courier. Once we receive this information, we will work to replace the damaged items. Please be advised, that if an order arrives damaged with a shipping courier that you requested apart from the ones we offer (Fed-EX, USPS, UPS), it is your responsibility to put in a claim with them, while still sending us the information and photos, so that we may verify the damage and replace the damaged products.

My order was shipped, but I have not received it yet.
Unfortunately many shipping couriers are still dealing with the after effected from COVID-19 and delays are still prominent. If your order has not arrived by the date provided, it is up to you to contact the shipping courier about this matter. If shipping was used with one of our couriers (Fed-Ex, USPS, UPS), we will contact the shipping courier additionally, but will not send out a replacement order, if it has simply been delayed. In the event that an order has been lost, we will put in a claim with the shipping courier and send out a replacement order as soon as we can. Please be advised, depending on the size of the order, it may take up to 10-14 business days to repackage and redeliver.
